"I bought this thinking it would be..."
I bought this thinking it would be simple to keep up with, but is it just me, or does it go through salt really fast? I feel like I’m always checking it, refilling it, or at least thinking about whether it needs more.

It does seem to help the water a bit, so I’m not saying it doesn’t work at all. I just didn’t expect the maintenance side to be this noticeable, and that’s been kind of frustrating for me.

Maybe this is normal for this kind of system and other people don’t mind it, but I wish the salt usage had been made clearer before I bought it. Overall, I’m not super happy with it

"Good so far, just wish I started sooner"
I got my Water Sticks order a few weeks ago and I’ve been using it most days. Shipping was fine, thankfully no drama there. I mainly bought it because I was trying to drink more water and stop reaching for random sugary drinks all the time, which gets annoying after a while. The water does taste cleaner to me, and I feel like I’m actually staying more hydrated during the day. I’m not going to act like it’s some miracle product, because it’s not, but I do feel a bit more balanced and my stomach hasn’t felt as off lately. So yeah, overall I’m happy with it so far. Simple, does what I wanted it to do.

"A bit frustrating to use"
I really wanted to like watersticks, but the site was kind of confusing for me. It took way longer than it should have to find basic info, and a few pages just felt cluttered or messy. Checkout wasn’t as smooth as I expected either. Anyway... maybe other people have a better experience, but for me it was mostly just annoying to use

"I thought this was a decent buy…"
I thought this was a decent buy overall. The price was reasonable, which is mainly why I decided to try it, and so far it’s been working fine for what I need it for. Nothing too fancy or over-the-top, but it does the job, and I haven’t had any real issues with it. For the amount I paid, I’d say I’m satisfied.

"Noticeable boost in shower pressure"
Our shower pressure had been weak, especially upstairs, so I figured this was worth trying before doing anything more complicated or expensive. After installing it, I could tell within a few minutes that the water pressure felt stronger and more consistent.
The install wasn’t bad at all, and we’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now. It’s one of those simple upgrades that just makes sense if your shower feels underpowered, showers are a lot more enjoyable now.

"Finally, no leaks like my old one"
I picked up a Watersticks filter a few weeks ago, and the biggest thing I was hoping for was that it wouldn’t leak like my last one. So far, it’s been solid — no dripping near the connection and no random puddles showing up under the sink, if that makes sense.

It did take me a little fiddling to get it tightened just right, but once it was snug, it stayed dry. I’m giving it 4 stars because the setup instructions could be a bit clearer, but as far as leaking goes, I’m happy with it.

"Didn't help my hard water one bit"
I bought this thinking it might finally help with the hard water spots around my house, and at first I was kind of hopeful. Like, okay, maybe this is the thing that makes my glasses stop looking like they were washed in chalk dust.
Yeah... no. After a little while, everything looked pretty much the same. Glasses still came out cloudy, the shower head got crusty again way too fast, and I went from optimistic to annoyed real quick. Maybe it works somewhere else, but for my house it felt like money down the drain.

"Finally Got Rid of That Eggy Water Smell"
I’d been dealing with that gross eggy smell in my water for way too long, it was starting to drive me nuts. I decided to try WaterSticks mostly because I was tired of putting up with it, and I’m glad I did. After the first use, I could already tell the odor was way less noticeable. Such a relief for me not to cringe every time I turned on the tap.

"Not as much upkeep as I expected"
I was expecting to be bothered with regeneration all the time, but after using it for a few weeks, it hasn’t been nearly as constant as I thought. I still don’t love having to think about it at all, but it’s been easy to keep up with and hasn’t turned into a big hassle

"I had to return my order…"
I had to return my order, and the refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than I expected. Support did reply, just not right away, and that part was weird. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked

I ordered from watersticks.com and, i was kind of expecting the usual wait. But then I got the tracking info quickly, and before I knew it, the package showed up earlier than I thought it would. I was like, oh, that was easy. No hassle, no checking every day wondering where it was. Happy with the whole experience

"Works well, but you do have to keep up with it"
I’ve been using Watersticks for a few months now, and it’s been good. You can tell the water feels better, and setting it up wasn’t too much of a hassle. The only thing is you do need to stay on top of the upkeep a bit, like cleaning it and checking it when needed. I wouldn’t say it’s a big problem, but it’s not something you can totally set up and forget about either. Overall, I’m happy with it

"I wasn’t totally sure it would work..."
I wasn’t totally sure it would work with my showerhead, so I reached out and support basically said, “It should screw right on, and if anything feels off, just let us know.” Turns out they were right. It went on easily, didn’t leak, and took maybe 5 minutes total. it’s just nice when something fits without needing extra adapters or random parts. Happy with it so far.

"Product was okay, packaging was sketchy"
The product itself seemed totally fine, but the packaging was kinda rough, not gonna lie. The box showed up a bit crushed and there was barely any padding inside, so I was lowkey worried something might leak or break. It looked like it got packed in a rush. For what I paid, I expected them to handle it with a little more care. Shipping was fast though, so it wasn’t a total fail

"Water tastes so much better now"
I got one from Water Sticks, the biggest thing I noticed was the taste. Our tap water used to have about that weird chlorine flavor, but now it tastes a lot cleaner and is way easier to drink. I’m filling my bottle more often around the house now. It took a day or two to really notice the difference, but yeah, I’m happy with it so far.

"Still Noticed an Odd Taste"
I was hoping this would make a bigger difference, but my water still tasted kind of off after using it. It might have helped a little, but not enough to feel worth the price. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Good at first, but one started cracking"
These worked well in the beginning, and I didn’t think much about them after that. But after a few weeks, I noticed one of the sticks starting to crack near the end, which was kind of disappointing. It’s still usable, so I’m not tossing it or anything, but for the price I guess I expected it to hold up a bit better. Maybe I’m just rougher on them than I realize, but still.
